Payment

When purchasing a pre-made template, payment must be made in full. Once payment is done, you will be required to fill out a form with the necessary information regarding your blog. If you are interested in a custom blog design, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to ensure a spot in the queue.  The balance will be required before I upload the template to your blog.

Cancellations

If for whatever reason you would like to cancel your order, you may do so, but please be advise you will loose your deposit and/or full payment.

Pricing

Listed prices are subject to change without prior notice. It is therefore important to verify the price before completing the payment transaction.

Refunds

Blushink does not issue partial or full refunds. By purchasing a template you agree to these terms.

Waiting Time

The waiting list time is always an estimate. I will work as fast as possible to complete all designs but am not responsible if the turnaround time ends up being longer than the what has been previously mentioned. I will try my best and put on my superwoman cape, but sometimes even a superhero can’t keep up.

Image Hosting

If you are purchasing a pre-made template, the standard images will be hosted in my own account. Any items specific to the clients blog (example : the header) will need to be hosted on their own account. I therefore ask my clients to sign up for a free Photobucket account in order to host their own graphics. I will then need the sign-in information. I will upload and store all custom images to their account, which will then be linked to their template. If a client would like for all template images to be hosted in their personal account, this is possible, simply advise me when purchasing a template.

Uploading Template

Since installation is included in the price of a template, I will need to have access to your blogger account. This is temporary and will take a big 15 minutes, therefore if you aren’t too keen on sharing your password, might I suggest you create a temporary one for me ( example : admin, or blushink) whatever floats your boat. Once the upload is complete you can resume to your real password and I will no longer have access to your account.

Revisions

Any changes or add-ons to the design after installation will be subject to a $25 fee as well as the cost of the item. Once your template design is installed, you will be given one free revision for any errors made on my behalf.

Template Usage

All the Blushink templates are limited single-use only; meaning you may not apply it to multiple blogs. Also, you may not resell or redistribute any of the templates found on this site.

Folio

By purchasing a Blushink template, you agree that I may display all work, including finished templates and preview sites, for promotion and advertisement purposes. Being a designer, this is a very important part in acquiring new clients.

Design Credit

All templates and custom designs will be installed with an image and/or text link in the footer linking back to {www.blushink.com}. When placing your order, you agree to leave this link as is, for as long as the purchased template/design is in use and published on the internet. (Even if you are to make slight modifications to the html code) Removal of this link is in violation of this agreement.

Support

I unfortunately don’t offer support for blogging or provide general blogging information or guidance on a one on one basis. Please note, I do not keep your template and/or design elements on backup therefore it is your responsibility to back-up your template and images. I have, on the other hand, created a FAQs and Tutorial Section. You may find an answer to your question there.

Copyright

All designs are protected under copyright and are property of Blushink. You may not use the graphics off your blog and put them on your twitter page, badges, buttons or other design elements without permission of the designer. Some elements will be available for purchase if you decide to carry on the design to other areas of your blog, shop…etc.
